It is nice to play in a conference like C-USA with upstanding student-athletes.

Usually a thug is someone who steals or assaults someone. I don't think not paying a ticket puts someone in the category of a thug.

Sources are saying that he is good to go for the game. Failure to appear is pretty common among college students who change their addresses often, but honestly, you gotta keep your ishhhh together if you're a Pac-10 athlete. James Montgomery is far from a thug, so keep those comments to yourself
