Who makes the decision on when games are played? Our home/away schedule is set, but I am talking about Friday vs. Saturday, 2:30 vs. 7PM kickoff.

The talk last week was that the 2:30 kickoff was going to give us an advantage based on the weather/heat affecting WSU. Obviously, the TV exposure was probably more important in picking that time.

June made a comment in the post game interview about the TCU game being played on a Friday night, and said something to the extent that the conference decided on scheduling this on Friday was better than a Saturday.

If the game is on TV, the time/day is selected by the network airing the game. We will do whatever the network wants.

You want ESPN national game? Then we play SUNDAY of labor day weekend, and Friday night v TCU

I'll take it.

2:30 Sat in heat? CBS Sports

I'll take it.

Are you really serious with this question?......Its the chance for SMU to be on National TV.....who cares about the heat when you can show us everywhere?.......
I am so tired of seeing this question.....sorry...TV makes the rules...enough
