Sell-Out Complete

Postby Harry0569 » Wed Sep 22, 2010 11:31 am

Per someone at SMU: There are only standing room tickets left for the game Friday night. We all get our wish to see a packed East side of the stadium!
It's going to be rocking Friday night..damnit I wish I could come.

I just looked on ticketmaster and they offered the best available single seat as row 2 of section 220. To my mind that means that there could be tickets available anywhere in the upper section of the north end, sections 208-220.

Wasn't the first game of the season last year a sell out as well.........there were a lot of spectators dressed like empty seats at that game.

Just tried too. You can still get a block of 12 seats together in 220. Only takes you back to row 11. Block of 30 moves you to section 221......Block of 50 is unavailable though.

Please forgive me for my premature post. Hopefully, the fans will be dressed as fans Friday and not seats.

First game last season was a sell-out because donors bought big blocks to give away. This is a totally different situation as you know.
