Zach Line had a career-high 139 yards rushing for his second 100-yard game of the year. He is the first 100-yard rusher TCU has allowed since Harvey Unga of BYU on Oct. 29, 2009. It is just the 21st time TCU has allowed a 100-yard rusher in 117 games under Gary Patterson.
SMU had 192 rushing yards 29 carries for a 6.6 average. The team is averaging 5.7 yards per rush (121-688) for the season.
The 24 points scored against TCU is the highest total for SMU in the rivalry since a 27-24 win in 1996.
