No. Not everything is about alcohol. Everything is about money. They want you to spend at the concessions. I would guess the majority of schools gave a no reentry policy, like it or not.

No. He said he decisions were made after checking to see what top 25 teams do. I doubt very much that all top 25 teams, which change weekly, do everything the same. But surveys of top 25 teams have been the basis for the increased rates on the Boulevard, higher fees for certain sections for season tickets, etc., and perhaps the reentry policy.
