We need to take more fans than Baylor did.

I will be there with my 83 year old uncle that graduated from SMU in the Doak Walker years. He lives in Houston and he goes with me every year to a game there (either Houston or Rice). He and my aunt go to all the Astro games as well. It's a real treat to go with him to our games there!

Rice/Baylor drew over 20k so I would imagine plenty of Baylor folks there; what did we have against Rice last time we visited Houston...something like 12k? Would be nice to see SMU generate 5k fans on these "local" road game, but that would require a bunch of Houston alumni turning out. How many do you suppose we have in the area?

Houston is just a tad too far for this hick from Arkyland. I must admit that I am very excited about listening to the game from the Ticket's Internet stream. For many ahead this was the way I follows the games. Obviously I am an old coot cause I am excited to 'hear' the Ponies grill some tough old bird Owls. I love listening to the games on radio.
