Assuming we beat Rice, is that a realistic prediction?

It's fall break. I don't think we even get 20,000.

I don't understand why Fall break would be that big of a factor. Hate to say it but the vast majority of the fans are not students. I think even at the TCU game we probably only had 4,500 students (I don't count my self as I buy season tickets)

I would say around the same as Wazzu. For Houston that is a great prediction. I'm also predicting a blue out for that one

Tulsa will be close to 20k...Houston will be a good crowd.

Marshall will be awful.

Why will Marshall be awful?

I'll try to do my part... me +3 to Tulsa, me +3 to Houston (and working on more), me + whoever of my friends I can drag along to Marshall.

When have we ever had an even remotely decent crowd at a late season game against a C-USA East opponent? The Boulevard will be great, but I just don't see many fans making it into that one.

Hopefully I'm wrong.

IMO, we get 21k for Marshall if we look bowl-bound at that point in the season. If we have a collapse, we get 15k.

We might get 25k for Houston.

we've been getting 15k a game for losing seasons, I hope to God we pull at least slightly more than that if we don't collapse

We sold-out TCU because of multiple factors:

NUMBER 1: TCU brought at least 10,000 people
2. Traditional crosstown rival who was #4 in the nation
3. Parents weekend
4. Big push by the school: FILL THE FORD

We are getting better, and I believe we won some people over this weekend. But we will be lucky to get more than 20,000 ACTUAL people in the stadium for any other game besides UH.

If the weather is nice we will have 16k +. I predict we will have many fans on the Boulevard that will never make it into the game because the ticket booth will not be able to support the last minute demand. SMU needs to learn how to distribute/sell tickets better, and get people through the gates faster to increase attendance (the low hanging fruit)!
