Doesn't Texas have a 3 or 4 year rule that covers these problems? It is ridiculous that one high school kid could have his life ruined on the sex offender list for sex with someone two grades lower in high school.

I hope this turns out ok....a shame if its really about a boyfriend/girlfriend situation. His bail is $50K and he waits in jail to be transfered to Taylor County Jail and will miss class.

I never felt the need to point out the criminal transgressions of any team's players so I won't. And I would counsel those that do like to post something every time some UT or A&M kid gets a DUI to not do so in the future.

I agree Dooby. It just seems every time somebody from UGA or somewhere of the like gets in trouble, they must be following the "Mack Brown Model." I was just wondering when it hits home with another sexual assault type charge at SMU (2nd within the last 12 months), if there would be any comments.

That would not be beneficial, nor would it be in good taste. I never understood some people's fascination/obsession with the negative and the misfortune of others.

Never said he didn't participate. I said he has done nothing to merit a single defensive stat this year. He may have well occupied a space on the field every game. He hasn't been part of the tackling.

All our linebackers are stats leaders for our defense. Henderson doesn’t have a single defensive stat. And as a linebacker that indicates that his participation isn't very robust. Now why is that?
