Premonition About Tulsa Game

I know Tulsa is good and is expected to give us all we can handle, if not more. But I have a gut feeling that we're going to spank them seven times to Sunday. I saw the glimmer of something at Rice that I think will come to fruition this week -- almost like we've crossed another hump in our movement to be a really good team. I think we come out and dominate our friends from the north.

I think we're going to win this game. They can't stop anybody. When you have LBs as active as we do, it's always a good thing.

The thing about this team is that it is always prepared to play.

I like it PonyBoy. I just get that feeling too. We are on a mission this year to win C-USA, and nothing but ourselves completing screwing up can get in the way.

This should be a fun game to watch, but because our D can actually get stops we should win this by 10+

Ja'Gared is the difference maker in this and every game we play...

He is probably the best defensive player in the conference and his passion is contagious...

I am hoping we get over 20k to help these guys get pumped up...

I feel a W...

Tulsa has also improved and is on the same mission SMU is for that conference title.
This is a HUGE game for both teams, both will be there to win. Our offense is awesome... Chad Morris has really done a turn around for us and he did it quick. We have so many weapons you never know where the ball may go. Charles Clay, Damaris Johnson, GJ Kinne(who can also run) Shavodrick Beaver, Jameel Owens, Trey Watts, Alex Singleton, Jatarion Douglas, Trae Johnson, Ricky Johnson, Thomas Roberson, Clay Sears. Our O-line is doing their job this year, and doing a great one at that. The question will be can you outscore us? Our D is improving week by week. We are gaining the confidence just in time for the 'Stangs. Will our D step up in a big way and prove they can play against a key opponet? I am anticipating a close one. And we are due for a win like this. HERE WE GO

For SMU fans, it's always easy to find the ball when the opposing team has it. Here's the trick:

Step 1. Before the snap, look for the guy wearing a red jersey with a white "56" on it.
Step 2. Just keep looking
Step 3. Cheer wildly after yet another Sack/TFL/Forced Fumble.
Step 4. Repeat.

I don't think we can "expect" to win. Maybe several years from now. I just hope we score one more point than they do...............

Oh no. We can't expect to win this game. Tulsa's a good matchup and a good team. I'm just saying the stars are aligning such that I would not be shocked if we spanked 'em.
