The show — brought to you by every Mustang's favorite watering hole Lakewood's 1st & 10, Gameday Cloth and PonyFans.com — the oldest, largest and fastest-growing website dedicated to the SMU Mustangs and PonyFans everywhere — will resume at 6 p.m., Oct. 7 at Lakewood's 1st & 10 (on the northeast corner of Mockingbird and Abrams in Dallas).
Appearing on Thursday's show:
Linebacker JA'GARED DAVIS, who had eight tackles, a sack (his six sacks are the second-highest total in the country) and a 77-yard return of a blocked field goal for a touchdown in SMU's victory Saturday over Rice
Safety CHRIS BANJO, the longest-tenured starter in the SMU secondary (2010 is his third year starting in the defensive backfield), the fourth-leading tackler on the team this season with 23 tackles, and of course the man chosen in each of the last two season's to wear Jerry LeVias's No. 23 jersey
That's right: JA'GARED DAVIS and CHRIS BANJO and will be the first current players to appear on PonyFans LIVE, at 7 p.m. this Thursday, Oct. 7, at Lakewood's 1st & 10. The pair will join us Thursday to discuss their start to the season, their win over Rice and just what the Mustangs need to do in order to contain Tulsa's high-flying offense Saturday when the Golden Hurricane comes to Gerald J. Ford Stadium.
Bring your young football players (and their teammates!) to Lakewood's 1st & 10 to meet two of the best players on the SMU defense and ask questions and get autographs! (If you want Chris Banjo's autograph, get there BEFORE the show, as he'll have to take off halfway through the show.
PonyFans LIVE will be recorded for broadcast on YouTube.com the day after the show, but some segments will be edited, so in order to hear all of the insights of the players and coaches we'll interview throughout the season LIVE, make sure you are in attendance at Lakewood's 1st & 10, which is located on the northeast corner of Mockingbird & Abrams (because you never know what these guys will say after the cameras turn off

Following most shows, we'll have an opportunity for fans to ask questions, shake hands and meet the coaches, former players and other Mustang luminaries. The first show was a huge success, so think of what you want to ask, grab your autograph book and be sure to join us each and every week for the only show in town dedicated solely to SMU athletics: PonyFans LIVE!
