Sharpening the blade is good, except for punt returns. That needs real work.

The work needs to start with a few simple directives to Johnson; Never field punts inside the 10, only field elsewhere if no punt coverage guys are close (10 + yards away). Right now I'd take my chances with letting punts bounce rather than risk giving away possession (or worse a TD) by trying to field them.
