Since arriving on the Hilltop as a tight end in Phil Bennett's offense, Patrick Fleming has been the consummate team player. As June Jones' staff tried to adjust old players to new schemes and vice-versa, Fleming has moved from tight end to defensive end / linebacker to wide receiver and back to tight end (even though we're not entirely sure whether June's offense officially has a tight end or not).
All that aside, all the hours of hard work, dedication and willingness to sacrifice for the team were rewarded last week when Fleming caught his first touchdown pass to help put away Rice and advance the Mustangs to 3-2 on the season.
Hear what Fleming has to say about the support of his family back home in the Houston area, the TD, and the upcoming match against Tulsa this Saturday night at Ford Stadium.
