Posted: Tue Dec 02, 2003 3:08 pmRemember, Cougar High does not have the academic and recruiting restrictions that SMU has. Cougar High's model is much different, so the comparisions between SMU and Cougar High are not fair.

Posted: Tue Dec 02, 2003 3:26 pmThere are no quick fixes at a school like SMU, where you can't grab every athlete out there without considering whether or not he can spell "SMU." But the talent level is on the rise -- rapidly -- and the turnaround is coming. Soon.
