Memphis, sigh
The Tigers, who lost to Louisville 56-0 last week, have found the perfect recipe for ineptness: They rank 116th in points scored (13 per game) and 113th in points allowed (39.2).

As expected, all of UTEPs wins are vs. bottom 10, FCS, or a team whose one win is vs. a bottom 10 last week, and by rule can not be included in the bottom ten this week.

UTEP is a total unknown, though they did handle Rice effectively.
:?
