Noise makers are prohibited. Leave your vuvuzela at home.

Umbrellas! This isn't a tea party or mixer.....this is a football game! Besides, have you ever been to a game and somebody directly in front pulls out one of those large golf umbrellas and then you are unable to see anything but the stripes and the water streaming off the umbrella top into your lap. Panchos are for football.

Always been a rule at Ford, BUT I sat under my umbrella the WHOLE SMU vs Nevada WAC game in 200? For a few minutes during halftime I counted all of the people in the stadium. Was anyone else at this sparsely attended game?

It was 2004 and until last week was the only home game I have missed in several years. My father was near death and I needed to stay home. I felt fortunate from the standpoint of the game because of the miserable weather. And to my knowledge, with the exception of a couple of sprinkles, is the last time there was rain at Ford for a game. So I am confident that tomorrow will be dry.
