Our house is on the market, and we have a 2nd showing today. I typically fly an SMU flag in front of the house on game days, but I don't want the potential buyers to think they can make a low ball offer to an SMU grad assuming I can afford to take less. What to do, what to do?

Good news is that the showing is going to be while I am at Ford today! Go Ponies, beat Houston!

The raise the price by 10%. Your degree is value add to prospective buyers, who may not have this prestigious diploma but can now brag about your wine cellar.
