Alleged Pony Criminal updates?

Anyone have an update on Torlan Pittman or Brandon Henderson?

I did a quick google search and found nothing, but I'm sure some of the legal types on here no where to get better info. It would sure be nice for both these guys to be found not guilty or the cases dismissed outright.
