wish we had our bye week this week before utep, instead of next. heck, we could have used a bye week after tcu game. had we had one, might be 7-2 right now honestly.

win or lose in El Paso, it will be good to have the bye week to prepare for the last home game which is absolutely a must win game against Marshall. Besides, it will give us time to sell or give away more tickets for that game.

do we still not need to go 7-5 to have a lock on a bowl?
will 6-6 do it?
