quite frankly if the team goes 7-5 I think they deserve the Hawaii Bowl. Bowl games are for the player's accomplishment FIRST. If I was an AD I couldn't turn down the Hawaii Bowl if offered because the players would have earned it. So I will vote in the name of the players. Its a twice in a lifetime experience. But if I had my pick I think SMU would do well to stay in the Armed Forces Bowl this year since we went to Hawaii last year. Game would be a lot more competitive atmosphere this year in Hawaii though.

I voted Hawaii too. As a fan -- or if I was a player -- I would have little interest in playing a home bowl game.

I, selfishly voted for Armed Services bowl. I could possibly get back to Dallas for the game but going to Hawaii is almost 3x more just for airfare.

I think we need to tap the brakes before we start planning our bowl appearance. Losing the remaining games is within the realm of possibility............

"rather go to" is easy...Hawaii. Who would rather go to Dallas than Hawaii in December? But that's different from asking which bowl would you rather the Mustangs play in...

OR, better question, which bowl game could I possibly attend? Hawaii bowl is out for me, mainly because it's on Christmas Eve. I have a little one at home, so being gone from family on Christmas is a none-starter at my house. So selfishly, I'd love to acttally be able to go to a bowl game that the Ponies play in.

I'm going to stick with the Liberty Bowl. Thanks

Dallas Football Classic or The Liberty Bowl...If we play a bowl game in Dallas, i'd rather it be at the cotton bowl. Hopefully Houston loses to UCF tomorrow. And we win out...

Yeah. It'll look like a sellout with our 16,000 fans in a 92,000 seat stadium. Been there. Done that. TEAM/me.....................................you're crazy if you think our TEAM would want to bowl in Dallas.

There's a good chance if we're bowl eligible that neither will be an option. I'm just curious if folks would rather we played at Hawaii or at home. If I had my real choice it'd be the Rose Bowl.
