I am not a TCU fan but I will wish Reedfrawg goodluck and hope the best team wins to carry on the non AQ banner.

Actually is is not that I am not a TCU fan, I am just extremely jealous.

I wish TCU well the entire season. If they make it, it opens up opportunities for us down the road.

Strange, I use to hate TCU so much I only pulled for them when they played teams I really hate, like
Texas, Arkansas, Texas A$M, Baylor (after Grunt Taff ran up the score on us with fake punts), Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Notre Dame, Pitt, Penn State, Nebraska, OU, UCLA, USC, TTU, OSU, Houston, BYU, Maryland, Rutgers, Syracuse, and Miami.

TCU's success hurts SMU in far more ways than it improves our status as a non-AQ. No SMU fan should ever root for TCU. My sentiments are not ill will, they are just the reality of being in competition with TCU for recruits and entry into a BCS conference. TCU has an interest in our success at this point because it only improves their strength of schedule. So don't be fooled by Reedfrawg's support, it is only self serving.

Have to disagree with your last sentence. I have been visiting and posting (and wishing SMU good luck) on this site for several years....long before TCU was in need of an SMU win to help reach a BCS bowl game. So I can understand why you might think that, but it ain't true in this case.

If you do, I don't see how you can lose to UTEP this week. The SMU team that I watched during the first half of the Tulane game just completely lacked intensity...hope you come out ready to play early against the Miners.
