We were flat and unmotivated

and that falls to the head coach.

What's going on with June?

Also, I thought the team drew inspiration from the OSU Cowpoke horses. Lately it seems as though they haven't been drawing enough inspiration.

I want to know what happened at halftime of the Navy game.

Actually, sooner than that. During the last drive before half of the Navy game.

Someone spike the gatorade?

was the muffed field goal on 3rd down. Coaches on the sideline had no clue what was going on.

I want to know as well...as I sat 6 rows off our bench at navy game only to be treated like a total ashole after halftime while we looked like SMU circa 2002....

I 'm not sure whether I should be happy b/c I am upset because we are better than we have shown, or b.c I should be upset b/c I saw so many terrible years with less talent play like such...

I dont think we have played great all year but at least I thought we we were better than other teams...when houston lost last night and TCU dominated Utah today I was convinced we would dominate a game....

I was wrong...Don't get me wrong, I am not giving up, but I am not flying the wife/baby ect. to go watch this team vs. Marshall....If anyone want to buy some club seats let me know...

This team is just extemely thin, especially on defense. Easy touchdowns by an especially weakened defensive backfield, has deflated the entire team. As an example, the long Houston TD at Ford, just deflated the whole team. They had Houston at what? 3rd and 20, midfield, and they score a touchdown on a 35-40 yard pass with the qb running for his life?

A couple of injuries, a couple of grade casualties and graduation of key leaders and this is what we've got. While I tell the rest of you to be patient, I am going out and shoot the dog, burn the barn, and get drunk, then I intend to start thinking of alternatives to being patient.

I would have thought our team could play with some pride, but they must have let Ving Rhames as Marsellus Wallace from Pulp Fiction give them a motivational speech or two. "Pride never helps. It only hurts."

I agree there are some depth issues...but with the potential on offense you still need to find a way to beat utep....

I still love these guys.

We had chances to make things happen but the execution just wasn't there, we can't afford that with a vulnerable defense. We can't expect to make up 2 TD deficits every game.

Depth doesn't mean squat. Our number ones aren't getting it done. Freaking starting qb can't complete passes and until this Saturday we couldn't field punts. The problem isn't two deep. It's with the starters.

That is if we're lucky to get one again this season.

I thought the biggest problem to start the game was the defense couldn't get off the field. And the little mistakes (penalties, inaccurate passes) are enough to really throw the offense off pretty easily.

and our offense could not sustain a drive. Teams get us to go three and out. Opposing offenses convert time and time again. How many 2nd and short did we face today?
