I find it hard to believe they would do that to us again.

Seriously put yourself in Boise's shoes. You have something like a 24 game winning streak and you beat two of the teams ahead of you last year and return just about the entire team. And you won't get a chance to prove it AGAIN-may well not get a BCS bid. Sucks for them.

Boise will have to get a BCS bid. The BCS knows that the general public think they are a bunch of self-grandizing blowhards with only their best interests to be represented. There's no way even they could defend such a position. Just like there's no way they would throw up another Boise-TCU game.

We did a hell of a lot better against the Frogs than the No. 5 team in the country did.
But I'm scared to death that they might sneak into the title game. Neither Auburn nor Oregon looks invincible, and Frogs won't break a sweat in their last two games.
Question: if LSU wins out, including winning the SEC title game, would they jump into the title game with Oregon?
With all due respect to Boise State, which I like a lot, that scenario would crack me up.
It'll be a lot easier, though, if Auburn and Oregon just win out and stick it to the Frogs.

a one loss SEC team plays in the title game ahead of either TCU or Boise and I have no problem with that; what I don't like is the fact they aren't likely to allow TCU and Boise to play another BCS league champion or runner up

Right now it looks like TCU could well be headed to ....The Rose Bowl (if Oregon goes to the Title Game).

that would be a great accomplishment...and opportunity to match up with Iowa/Ohio St/Mich St/Wisc. If they can't beat the Big 10 champ, they have no business complaining about being left out of the title game

The Big 10 has been pretty mediocre for a conference that somehow claims to be an elite league. As much as I hate the Frogs, they should beat any team in that league, and with the possible exception of Ohio State, should destroy whatever team it plays.

the Big 10 has shown they have some pretty good teams with Ohio St, Mich State, Wisc & Iowa. I think TCU and Boise would compete well with that group, but not sure they would beat those teams at their places. I hope they at least get an opportunity to play one of them at a neutral site

LSU can win out and not play in the SEC title game, they would need Auburn to lose twice.
