Was the Big 12 really wanting OU to beat A&M?

I did not watch the game, but Randy Galloway (take that for what it is worth) said on GAC this week that it was pretty evident by the officiating that the referees were definitely pulling for OU to win so that the league would have a top tier team in the standings. OU had 4 penalties to 13 for A&M. He also commented that all the reviews went OU's way.

Did anyone see the game that feels the same way?

As an aside, me and my money picked A&M to win this game. Christmas came early for my household.

i was at that game. it was absurd. reminded me of our days in the wac.
refs called everything they could against a&m and almost nothing against ou.
i heard what randy said also. he said that the big 12 refs were on the take because they wanted ou to make a bcs bowl.
lots of cheating in college sports and it isn't all done by the schools.

The refs were horrible at the UTEP game. Our coaches went nuts over the one sided calls. I have been to 8 SMU games this year and I never seen June or his coaches so livid over the calls at a game. It is interesting that the UTEP win made them bowl eligible with Arkansas and Tulsa coming up in their schedule. I think CUSA was taking care of UTEP to get another conference member in a bowl game. Randy G should have been in El Paso and he would seen the same thing that saw at the Aggie game.

I think you guys are beating an "ALPO" & "GLUESTICK" here.

"HOME COOKIN" is to be accepted and planned for as it is a fact of life in all Football!

Did you watch the NFL Network's first Thursday Night broadcast last evening?

You knew that the Refs were getting direct orders to make the game last until the very end otherwise TV's all over America were going to switch channels!

How about SMU start BLOCKING, TACKLING, and OUTSCORING their opponents and the Zebras are MOOT!
