That is the attitude that we need to have at SMU.
So: Marshall Menu is:
Pulled pork BBQ, smoked brisket, smoked sausage with beans and slaw.
What else would you eat in West Virginia?
There should be a few BBQ sauce types to add to the meat.

seems like an obvious choice would be bison of some sort. Given the weather of late, some bison chili might work

After this year - It will be 6 years until we play them again (excluding C-usa Champ game)
This year we will stick with bbq and fix'ins.
Would be nice to have some MOONSHINE

Buffalo Burgers are some of the best burgers I've ever. Meat is so tasty.
