The six teams that SMU have beaten now have a combined won-loss record of 25-41.
In fairness, most of them have at least one quality win:
Washington State beat Oregon St 31-14
UAB defeated Southern Miss 50-49 in OT
Tulane downed Rutgers 17-14
Rice beat Houston 34-31
Tulsa (now 8-3) edged Notre Dame 28-27.

I agree and noticed this earlier. Only one team we have beaten has a winning record.

On another note, we have thus far dominated the East division of CUSA. That should continue come Friday.

Had we shown up to play against UH or UTEP, who knows?

So am I to gather that:

SMU > WSU > OSU > USC

We got a break- We scheduled well this year by avoiding probably the two best teams in CUSA-UCF and Southern Miss. We also had the third best team Tulsa at home and of course Houston which might have been an elite CUSA team if Keenum hadn't been hurt.
