PonyFans.com is proud to announce the next edition of "PonyFans LIVE!".

The show — brought to you by every Mustang's favorite watering hole Lakewood's 1st & 10, Gameday Cloth and PonyFans.com — the oldest, largest and fastest-growing website dedicated to the SMU Mustangs and PonyFans everywhere — will resume at 6 p.m., Nov. 24 at Lakewood's 1st & 10 (on the northeast corner of Mockingbird and Abrams in Dallas).

After beating Marshall Saturday afternoon, the Ponies are now bowl-eligible for the second consecutive season! Now they're headed to Greenville, N.C., to face East Carolina in a game that would guarantee a second straight bowl bid and a spot in the Conference USA Championship game.

In other words, this is a huge week for the Ponies, and PonyFans LIVE will feature two of the 2010 Mustangs' top players: cornerback STERLING MOORE, who has made a habit of returning from injuries to play a major role in SMU's biggest games (like last year's Hawaii Bowl) and wide receiver COLE BEASLEY, who leads the Mustangs and is second in Conference USA in receptions this year.

Moore and Beasley will be on PonyFans LIVE to talk about their playing careers at SMU, their impressions of SMU's win over Marshall, what they need to do in order to be successful at ECU and their expectations for the postseason!

Yes, it's the night before Thanksgiving, but you'll be out of work by then. So get to Lakewood's 1st & 10 to hear what Beasley and Moore have to say, ask them questions and bring a pen for autographs. You'll be eating turkey and mashed potatoes for days starting Thursday, so you owe it to yourselves to treat yourself to a Point Burger, a patty melt or some nachos.

PonyFans LIVE will be recorded for broadcast on YouTube.com the day after the show, but to hear the insights of the players and coaches we'll interview throughout the season LIVE, make sure you are in attendance at Lakewood's 1st & 10, which is located on the northeast corner of Mockingbird & Abrams (because you never know what these guys will say after the cameras turn off  ).

Following most shows, we'll have an opportunity for fans to ask questions, shake hands and meet the coaches, former players and other Mustang luminaries. The first show was a huge success, so think of what you want to ask, grab your autograph book and be sure to join us each and every week for the only show in town dedicated solely to SMU athletics: PonyFans LIVE!

Come on, everybody. Let's fill the place with SMU fans.

It's a perfect night to get a great burger in before hitting the turkey on Thursday.

Doh might not be too happy since there is a basketball game at 7:00 vs Wayland Baptist. Then again the football team is winning and the basketball team is, well you know!

I'm actually going to be in Dallas this week and plan to attend for the very first time. The only potential problem I might have is my granddaughter. Do kids ever attend this? Would it be acceptable to bring her if her parents don't make it home from work on time.

DanFreiburgerForHeisman: Glad to see you're getting your veggies in!

Ponymon: Come to the show, then go to Moody to cheer on the Ponies. We'll be done in time for you to get there. Perfect evening before the holiday.

SpringMustang: By all means, bring your granddaughter! Several kids have come to the show, and some have walked out with autographs!

Another great show as always! Sterling and Cole were both awesome interviews.

Those who didn't show up tonight picked the wrong night to miss - Thad showed up and every pony fan in attendance was treated to an exclusive sneak preview of Pony Excess hot off the presses(which is going to be fantastic based on the first 15 minutes or so!)

Good interviews. Thanks guys for doing this show, I am sure there it's a lot of work.

At the end, there was no Q&A. ?
Also, could hardly hear any of the questions or answers in the bar - way too much noise going on.
You need to turn up the speakers next time.

I see Part II didn't post last night... Fixing now.

Lakewood's 1st and 10 is a "loud" venue. Lots of glass and concrete, so the sound is highly reflective. Also, the sound system is really setup for music rather than voice, so there are challenges with the audio.

We'll be looking into some sound columns next year to improve this, the real solution is to pack the place with PonyFans and courteous (i.e. don't chat with your neighbors) while the show is going on. If the place was packed with SMU fans asking people to please be quiet while the show was in progress, it'd be just fine right now. But what happens is you tend to have a couple of people who aren't there from the show talking loud to be heard over the PA, the we turn up the PA, they talk louder, we turn up until we get feedback.

Hopefully we'll have a Conference USA Championship show next week, and we'll try to pack the place with PonyFans. All this griping aside, real nice group of PonyFans this past week. For those who missed Thad treated us to 5 minutes of his finished movie... Then he let us have 5 more, and then 5 more. ENCORE, ENCORE. This show is going to be great!
