A question about the CUSA championship

I really have no idea how this works.

What are the parameters in play here?

If SMU finishes 6-2 and say USM goes 6-2 and advances because UCF loses and USM has the head-to-head (I think that's right), does USM host because they have the better overall record?

If SMU and UCF are each 6-2, does UCF host because of the better overall record?

Does this rotate?

Didn't UH host Southern Miss last year?

Regardless, beat ECU and get there since we have never been there.

Thanks in advance.

from the CUSA website regarding determining the host:

Two-team tie to determine host
1. Highest regular season winning percentage based on overall Conference USA play.
2. If tied, head to head between tied teams.
3. If still tied, team with highest BCS ranking.

Thank you. Since I have never seen the BCS list below the top 25 (I presume it rates all 120 DI programs), USM and UCF are rated higher.

probably a moot point as I do not see Memphis beating UCF.
