I'm thankful for God and all of his blessings, including my beautiful wife, family, friends, and June Jones and the SMU Mustangs!

I am thankful that I have the chance to gather with family and friends to once again over eat without guilt. For a meaningful TG weekend for the Mustangs. And all the blessings bestow on us in this country.

I hope all have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I'm thankful for another day above ground thanks to the Dear Lord's grace.

We lost our 8 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Pinkerton, this week to Heart mitral valve disease (MVD), the leading cause of death of Cavalier King Charles spaniels throughout the world. MVD is a polygenetic disease which afflicts over half of all Cavaliers by age 5 years and nearly all Cavaliers by age 10 years, should they survive that long.

I really miss MY BUDDY and some of you remember my comments about his reactions to the earthquake we had here a couple years ago.

I pray everyone be thankful today for your loved ones and show them by words and actions of your love for them.

I am sorry for your loss HB Pony Dad.....we love our( Akita's) dogs too. My wife had to put down our 11 year old Bradley two days into my trip to the Hawaii bowl....
