Come on now, this isn't the school's problem. This guy should be bright enough to know what he can and cannot do as a certified agent/student. What can USC do to this guy? Nothing. If he wants the best for his school and does not want any trouble from the NCAA, he should put his relationships with the student-athletes on hold.

The NCAA has no control over NFL agents, USC's compliance officers need to get involved because USC is still a Big Target!
