I think it is technically a "neutral" game, but hosted at UCF's stadium because it'd be silly for two CUSA teams to pick a 3rd location to play.

It must be a conference rule because they've done the same thing in previous years (Tulsa at UCF, Houston at ECU).

It is considered a neutral site. If/when we win, for record keeping purposes it will be recorded as a neutral site victory.
