First of all -HUBBA HUBBA HUBBA. Watching your hopefully Emmy Award Winning Documentary was a trip down memory lane. Until you see the footage, you forget how really really good SMU was.

ICouple of those memories -- Some SMU students infuriated the cow people when a sign that said, "Our maids are UT grads" was put up.

Another great story was when we beat the sacred cow in '80. The Silver Spurs made a hay birthday cake for Bevo's birthday. The whole stadium other than the SMU 10k sang "Happy Birthday" to a stupid cow in the second half. They "invited" Peruna to eat the 'cake." Peruna VI went over, sniffed it and turned his head away. Several UT folks said, "even their d*** horse is stuck up." At the end of the game when we won, the Mustang Band started singing "Happy Birthday dear Bevo." I thought the cow folks were going to riot.

Man those were the days!
