Posted: Sun Dec 19, 2010 12:38 pmStudent Senate has always been pushing and making resolutions and recommendations in the form of "legislation", but then, and to this day, if the Administration doesn't want to do it and sees no benefit, it's not gonna happen.

Correct. See the 32-3 vote in favor of Peruna being the only SMU mascot in 2009.
