SMU’s nonconference schedule will include games at TCU and Texas A&M. Both of those teams will be breaking in new quarterbacks while Kyle Padron will be in his third year as the SMU signal caller. June Jones will be in his third year as coach, and all the players on the team will be accustomed to winning. June will be in his 4th year as coach and whether people will be irrationally optimistic about SMU football depends on the outcome of the Armed Forces Bowl, losing to Army at home would be a serious momentum-killer and would linger for 8 months.

The way they are playing and their momentum, I just can't see us winning at Kyle at all.

Based on current personnel returning healthy along with potential new talent, I'll be please with a close game, which in that atmosphere can only be a good omen for the rest of the season.

Hey those will be two mighty tough games that will define SMU's 2011 season. It will be awfully tough to go into College Station with 90,000 crazies with that atmosphere in SMU's first game of the season and come out with a win, but will be alot of fun.
Where will the TCU game be played being that their staudium is UC?
