No, not SMU Mustangs... get your TCU Rose Bowl shirts - in Gray or Black - on Hillcrest Ave. right across the street from SMU. And you don't even have to go inside the store to decide which one you want - The TCU bowl shirts are prominently displayed right in the window ABOVE the everyday SMU sweatshirts. Can I get an Armed Forces Bowl shirt here? NO. They haven't come in... right. Well, you can always go to the SMU bookstore and get an AFB t-shirt that reads that the game is in Fort Worth, Texas. My understanding was that an "event shirt" was supposed to have factual information about the event. All we need now is a shirt with the 2 geldings named Peruna 1 and Peruna 2. Why is SMU so f'ked up in this department?

Well, McCartney's got the bowl shirts in - Armed Forces Bowl, that is. They say "Fort Worth", too. The TCU bowl shirts do have the correct location of their game --- Pasadena. The TCU shirts still get top billing at the store. The person I spoke with at Rally House (Plano) didn't even know SMU was in a bowl game and, no, they don't have shirts. Student Union at The Galleria sold the dozen they ordered. I'll call Academy at Forest Lane just to give them some $#it. Those goons don't have a clue, either. Hope I get the one I ordered from the AFB website (a DALLAS, TEXAS model) - it is t-shirt weather - at least right now.

Just ordered the red SMU helmet t-shirt from the Armed Forces Bowl site. Pretty nice looking and it has the correct site of the game.
Today is the last day to order for you to be guaranteed to get the merchandise by the bowl game.

The red, white and hoodies are the Fort Worth models. They have a royal blue one that looks great - no Dallas OR Fort Worth on it - but I think they only ordered 2 mediums and 1 extra small. It's a front/back print. McCartney's finally got the SMU bowl shirt in their window - displayed BELOW the Rose Bowl shirts. So much for priority, loyalty, respect and neighborhood love. That place goes on the Grinch List.
