Bryan "The Return Man" McCann

Postby Mitch McConnell » Sun Dec 19, 2010 1:18 pm

Already had a great return on the opening Kickoff to set up a Dallas FG.

Now adds a nice punt return to set Dallas up again -- 43 yards I believe. And until the replay, I didn't see the tripping penalty against the Washington punter that was missed. That was 6. And that hurt since Dallas missed on 4th and goal.

One of my 5 all-time favorite Mustangs (from my era).

And he just had another great PR to set Dallas up around the Washington 35.

he's found a niche as a return guy. What is his 40 speed? Didn't seem that quick at SMU

Dude ran a 4.28 at pro day. Not that fast? Did you see the rice game last year when he ran back the blocked fg?

He had the fastest 40 time of anyone this past year, if I'm not mistaken.

Other than that, though, he wasn't that fast.

Yes, McCann's 4.28 followed by whatever he ran when the NFL scouts couldn't believe their stopwatches were the fastest times posted at last year's NFL combine.
