Re: Q and A with SMU Quarterback Kyle PadronI have a couple:
1. How's the ankle? You seemed to be hampered by it a little against UCF. Is it back to full strength?? 2. Statistically you had a great year, but there seems to be some disappointment both from you (mainly from other interviews we've seen) and from fans about the offense still not quite clicking. To what do you attribute this: Missing key targets like Emmanuel Sanders and Terrance Wilkerson? Drops? Getting in sync with receivers? Time to throw? Overinflated expectations because of the lights out game the O had in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl? 3. How has the offense been using the extra practices afforded by going to the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl? 4. After the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl, which other bowl game(s) are you most interested in watching and why? "It's a couple hundred million dollars. I'm not losing sleep over it." -- David Miller
Re: Q and A with SMU Quarterback Kyle PadronHere's one. Who do you see as next year's potential breakout players on either side of the ball?
Re: Q and A with SMU Quarterback Kyle PadronQ.- What do you plan to do in the off-season that will make you a better QB next year? Working on timing? reads? etc.
GO PONIES!!!
Re: Q and A with SMU Quarterback Kyle PadronAfter the Tulane game where you were struggling and McDermott came in for a while, Jones said it was just to get him some reps, it wasn't due to you struggling, and it would happen more during the year. McDermott did not get play in future games. Was mcDermott playing a message to you or not?

Re: Q and A with SMU Quarterback Kyle PadronAgainst UCF there were several instances of a receiver running free toward the endzone and the pass from you was either seemingly off-target or the open receiver wasn't seen. Is this due to problems on the WR side, the QB side, or simply lack of being 'in sync'?

Re: Q and A with SMU Quarterback Kyle Padron
I'll go ahead and say Kyle. Maybe they explained who they are when they approached him to do this. ![]()
