How bout a "CUT OUT" ?

Well, we've had just about every kind of "OUT" there is this year and besides the successful "red out" for Sold Out TCU, they have not gone over very well. So, maybe the athletic dept. might try next year a "CUT OUT". We will just wear Red and Blue and they might just try another way to improve Ticket Sales. A SELL OUT !

I thought you were going to suggest cut outs of fans to put in seats to make it look like a sell out. They could paint them different colors each week.
