Snapping the Football

What exactly is the problem here and why wasn't it fixed long ago? Almost every time, the football is way too high and KP wastes at least a second getting the ball secure.
This seems like something that would be so easy to fix...

it is easy to fix. "put your finger in your b..hole" is the way you snap shotgun, and every HS in Texas teaches it. Don't know what the issue is, but yeah, 90% of the snaps require an athletic play by Padron just to get control of it

Every snap..EVERY snap was high today..VERY disruptive!! NOT Padron's fault!

We have several All-State centers on the roster that were highly ranked nationally when they graduated from high school. It seems like we need to have some auditions next year to see if we can upgrade this position!
