We should've won the game today. No matter how you spin it, we should have won and didn't. No one's talking about lynching anyone - I think we just want the team to win when it should.

Why settle for a .500 record and a third tier bowl game? We should not have lost today.

What aggravates me is people like you who sit here and act like mediocre is good. I strive for excellence and expect this football team to achieve the same. We lost to a very average to below average football team today who hadn't beaten a team with a winning record in 20+ games. Oh, and we only scored 14 points, things are not as they should be, don't settle for this crap.

The bar has been moved up. That is a good thing. For what we pay we can and should expect better clock management and a better prepared team -expecially since we had by far the better athletes on teh field which we cant usually say. All the other stuff (useless jersey color changes, horse envy, trying to leverag job interviews..etc...) is distracting.

Just because we now expect more does not mean we are not appreciative of coming as far as we have. Hoepfully our goals are to be playing on New Years day or later - and that will take improvement by staff, players, administration and fans.

Stallions "average team in a below average conference" quote was GSP-like...not sure I get that. I wanted to win, too...but will NOT bash Kyle, question JJ's clock mgmt. / running to sideline / gameplan, etc., etc...the game was the game...we can "should of" until GSP makes a logical post...

Man.....I am bummed as well, but I have not seen any foam forming around my mouth yet. I have realistic expectations / perspective. Remember, we are an average team in a below average league..what did you expect today?

I expected a win over a lesser team. That is not unreasonable.

It is inexcusable to lose to that team. I would suggest there was not one player on that team that we would have recruited.

I expected us to win today, that expectation was not at all unreasonable (we were favored and playing at home). Losing is one thing but the way we have lost games the 2nd half of the season is inexcusable.

Don't blame the layoff, the defense looked just fine.

So...a lay-off hurts an O, timing / execution, etc.?

No, the O looked just like it has the last 6 games.

I'm very thankful how far we have come. I'm just not satisfied.

In some cases maybe but our offense played the way it had been most of the season.
