NFL Playoff Predictions

I know your beloved Cowboys aren't in it, but I am interested to see what everyone thinks.

Indy is so banged up (although they just got their stud RB Joseph Addai back) that I do not foresee them winning more than 1 game. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me to see the J-E-T-S jets jets jets upset them.

KC has not won a home playoff game since 1993 (0-3). Ravens are starting to heat up behind their RB, Ray Rice.

Jets/Pats--Pats are on a mission.

Steelers/Ravens--Good old AFC North battle. Steelers win by a FG

Pats beat Steelers.

NFC:

GB is starting to hit their stride, but they have no running game to speak of. IF and it's a big IF, if Vick/Desean Jackson (WR who returned the punt)/Lesean Mccoy (RB) are all in stride they will roll over GB.

NO will destroy Seattle.

ATL/NO--Falconswill not lose to NO twice. In fact, I think Marlarkey, Falcons' OC, knew theymight match up with them again, so he called a conservative game on MNF. (Call me a homer). Falcons will dial up the blitzes on Brees, and make him make a few stupid throws.

Philly/Chicago--Philly. Chicago's o-line stinks, Trent Cole, Philly's DE will have a field day, and MV7/Lesean Mccoy will run wild.

ATL/Philly--toughest ticket in ATL history. ATL does not lose at home--crowd will be electric.

ATL/Pats in the Super Bowl/

People in Atlanta absolutely LOVE MV7, and it would be an absolute zoo if he were to come back with a Super Bowl berth on the line.

Think I will just hope for Steelers vs. Saints so I can watch our guys play.

Well, if put that way, then, yeah, that's the dream matchup for us. That would get some good airplay locally, too - two former SMU players against each other at the highest level of the profession - with one of them having already gotten a ring his rookie season...

Agreed — Morstead vs. Sanders in the Super Bowl would be amazing.

With Sanders returning a Morestead punt for a TD

The Cowboys beat the Giants in playoff holes of their first charity golf tourney of the offseason. Romo leads the charge shooting +2. When asked about the defeat Giants Coach Tom Coughlin said, "They have been working on their golf games a lot longer this season and it showed When we did have good shots, Eli and Bradshaw kept turning those over to the Cowboys. We will do better in the next tourney."

Or Morestead tackling Sanders by a shoestring...

This doesn't pass the litmus test of being related to SMU or anything related to SMU's conference or SMU's opponents.

It must be banned. The fact that the posters are trying to ram Sanders and Morstead in this thread to make it kinda SMU related is ridiculous and will not be tolerated by the management.

Thanks, sweetcakes!
