yup, SMU would do well to survey for net promoters/net detractors. Pretty easy to do even if you cant afford to outsource it

very easy to do / affordable, and gives you instant feedback on people's experiences.

yep. I get a report every month, and a notification to respond to unfavorable experiences the instant they are reported.

Filled it out, but given that I never received my earlier merchandise order, and I'm going through the dispute process with AMEX, I think I'll pass on the discounted merchandise.
