Todd Graham possibly going to Pitt as well. Question is whether or not Pitt wants to pay enough to get Graham.

Tulsa’s Morris will head to Clemson

By Kirk Bohls | Sunday, January 9, 2011, 11:01 AM

Tulsa offensive coordinator Chad Morris has been hired by Clemson to be the Tigers’ offensive coordinator, a source close to the negotiations said.

The announcement will come later today.

Morris is expected to sign a four-year deal worth $450,000, according to the source.

Morris, once among the early rumored speculation for Texas’ offensive coordinator position, won two state championships with Longhorns quarterback Garrett Gilbert at Lake Travis High School.

At Clemson, he’ll replace Billy Napier.

In his one season there, Morris’ Tulsa offense ranked fifth overall in the country in total offense. Tulsa beat Hawaii in the Hawaii Bowl.

I really like their offensive sets - lots of different looks and options. Definitely tough for a defense to read. Especially with Tulsa's weapons.

Could be good for us, the last time they replaced an OC this good they went 5-7.
They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security

Morris is obviously a good OC Coach, but maybe his most impressive coaching job so for was winning two state championships with now Texas QB Garrett Gilbert being his star high school quarterback ! :D
