They have risen pretty quickly - nice when you have land to build on around you. That place is really spread out -- looks like Richland or Brookhaven.

not even close. we have probably just as much land, if not more than either of those. they just look spread out b/c of open space due to much smaller building needs (due to enrollment).

we are just really dense w/ bldgs in an urban environment.
