Just down rd from where pack are going to practice.

Power out in the area. Oncor says turning power off & on every 15 minutes due to excess demand on grid.

Power just came on.

Mine hasn't gone out yet, but I heard something about rolling blackouts as well.

If it makes you feel better, a water main broke and my water has been off since 3am.

Don't worry, I'll splash on some Old Spice for the Recruitung Event and BBall game.

wind chill isn't real...it's a subjective rating of how it feels.

It's only cold if you think it's cold.

Not quite. You're correct in stating that it is not real temperature. However, it is a rating of how fast a human being loses heat, which changes with wind speed.

There is some disagreement about whether the wind chill formula used by the National Weather Service is as accurate as it could be; in fact, Australia uses a different formula.

For more info see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wind_chill

We haven't had any power outages, but my 1951 house is showing it. Heater's been running nonstop.
