Anyone able to view Ticket Usage History via Account Manager as implied available in the recent letter to Football Season Ticket Holders?

I'm probably missing something obvious.

Under Manage Tickets, all I could find were upcoming basketball games and could click on History to the right of them which said No History Avail (or something similar).

Not a real big deal......just thought I'd check it out while online.

Yes, but it is not very good/accurate.

Go to Ticket Manager in the QuickLinks on the left of your screen. Once that screen opens, you can click on view history to the right of each game.

There is then a drop down menu to select which section or group of seats you want to look at. For example, I have 4 in the club and 2 in the stands, so I can actually go through and check by group.

For the TCU game, I keep getting "Sorry, no history found" which I know all my tickets were used for that game, so I actually sent an email to the customer service department. For other games, it only gives me credit for using 3 out of 4 of my tickets in the club which never happened once.

Thanks. I was seeing "no history" as well which is incorrect. Would be curious as to the response. Feel free to PM me as other might not be interested.

Just got a call from the ticket office on an unrelated issue and brought this up. He said to make sure that others that are experiencing this problem report it to [email protected] as it may be a pervasive issue with Ticket Master or it may just be an issue from the games where they tore your stub as opposed to using the scanners.
