Unless he can sneak some Bama fans on the Jury, he better hope there aren't a lot of Auburn alumni in the Penitentiary. 62 years old-what a Clown.

The idiot deserves to go to jail for bragging about it in public. What an idiot. Maybe we can sell some of our oaks to Auburn. We seem to have a few extra.

Yeah, he originally came from Texas. He was a state trooper I think. Peace officer or state trooper, regardless he moved from Texas.

i would guess that actual alumni of these big schools accounts for <10% of the schools "fans". Always the dead beat morons that give the school they support a bad name.

someone said he was once a Texas state trooper.

i'm pretty sure you can become a state trooper by way of being a cop. meaning no degree required.

interesting. looks like you're right.

3 years as a cop or military, you don't need any college.

less than 6 months cop or military, you need an associates.

Thursday afternoon, Philip Tyler, Updyke's court-appointed attorney, filed a motion to be removed from the case. In the motion, Tyler claimed several conflicts of interest, including the fact he is a former part-time professor for Auburn University and his law firm represents Auburn University.

Here's his call to the Finebaum Radio Show:
