Club section has bar and meal service provided for each game.
My tickets are like One Trick's... Outside and on the 50.

Every since Beth left. I have got Little help from the ticket office. Perhaps their consumed with other more important donors. But if they have expectations of getting my $1700 from a non alum that only needs one seat they better call me back.

I feel you one trick...I make a nice donation but for some reason getting 1 extra seat is impossible

Over the years, I think the one word that best describes the ticket office is "inconsistent". At this point in time, I believe everybody is on the same page but they are spread very thin... which is no fault of the few (couple) who work in that office. I feel certain that your request will be fulfilled - probably after the April 1 deadline for renewals. It is frustrating when you don't get an immediate response. Many folks think their request deserves priority status and that the ticket office doesn't have anything else to do but wait for you to call. I've gotten pi$$ed plenty of times but it really doesn't do any good. Someday we'll have a few more bucks to fund this department and operate it in a little more customer-friendly manner. Until then, remember: "patience is a virtue."

Pardon me, Amy is my current rep that wont call back. The other women's name no longer with SMU is who I was referring to. She got it.


BTW why do you and Bus both have the same avatar??

I am only going to talk with Ali in that office with all future comunications.

Bottom line they got my money and one more seat to boot LOL
