JEFF REINEBOLD MON AMMON AM...MEL DELAURA AND HIS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING STAFF STARTED DOING MAX TESTING TODAY IN THE WEIGHTROOM...JOSH LERIEBUS POWER CLEANED 342 POUNDS WHILE RUNNING 4.2 IN THE SHORT SHUTTLE - BOTH WERE OUTSTANDING EFFORTS...BRYCE LUNDY BROKE 4.0 IN THE SHORT SHUTTLE AND COLE BEASLEY DID 4.0 EVEN THOUGH HE SLIPPED...HARD WORK PAYS OFF - WE ARE A STRONGER - TOUGHER - BETTER CONDITIONED FOOTBALL TEAM...PONY UP!
Re: JEFF REINEBOLD MON AMUm, Leriebus' short shuttle would have put him .3 seconds ahead of any OG at the 2010 NFL combine and 14th place among *running backs*
As a matter of fact, the average short shuttle for current NFL starting cornerbacks is a 4.2. Can this number be right?
Re: JEFF REINEBOLD MON AMBryan McCann ran a 4.24 at NFL Pro Day...
Re: JEFF REINEBOLD MON AM
Isn't this time for 40 yd dash and not a short shuttle? SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
Re: JEFF REINEBOLD MON AMDo not confuse the shuttle times with the 40 times.
Re: JEFF REINEBOLD MON AMI'm not. McCann ran a 4.35 40 and a 4.24 short shuttle.
Re: JEFF REINEBOLD MON AMBy way of comparison, check out the short shuttle numbers for these 2008 top draft choices at corner:
http://www.nfl.com/draft/story/09000d5d ... ornerbacks If true, Leribeus beat the fourth, fifth, seventh, ninth, eleventh, and fourteenth of the top 15 prospective draft CORNERBACKS on the list.
