I just started benching again at the gym hey 225 is heavy for me lol I can do it a few times see what I can get up too by fall. Those guys are to pre occupied. For us ...

Guys with shorter arms seem to do better with that on pro days. My oldest did 27 he has long arms too.
I can't do eight LOL

Back in my college years, 15 wasn't an issue...the short arms defn help....

Watching the 6+fts throw that weight around is pretty amazing....thats a huge range of motion...

Eight? No problem a dozen years ago (yes, that is the story I am going to stick with). I could probaly do 8 12 oz. curls, but that might be pushing it.
