AARON DAVIS: In no rush

SMU defensive lineman Aaron Davis has been sidelined this spring after surgery to repair a sports hernia. Davis visited with PonyFans.com to discuss the injury, and said that while he feels significantly better, he is resisting the urge to do too much, too fast.

Interesting story, Pride. Sounds like Spike is doing the right thing to take the cautious approach. It sounds like those sports hernias can really linger. Better to be safe now, rather than being sorry later.
